Beyond The Surface

What We'll explore
This is all about equipping you with tools and strategies that actually fit the way you work. We’ll dive deep into how ADHD impacts you- your strengths, challenges, and the patterns underneath them. Because when you understand how your own mind works, you can stop working against it and start getting more done.
How coaching works:
People often aren’t sure what coaching actually involves, so here is how it usually goes.
We start with where you are.
First, we take stock of your strengths, your challenges, and the goals you are working toward.
We work with your brain instead of against it.
Together we identify your specific executive functioning strengths and challenges- and I help you understand how they shape the way you work. For most people, this is the first time anyone has explained it.
We put it to work.
From there, we get into your real, day-to-day work: managing deadlines, sorting through tasks, and setting up reminders and accountability that keep you on track.
The bottom line is simple: if this doesn’t help you navigate life more effectively, there’s no reason to keep paying me.
