Your Guide to Life with ADHD

To be diagnosed with ADHD means you have been through and are still navigating significant challenges in your life. I believe we are all on an ADHD adventure, whether we know it or not. Our executive dysfunctions become the challenging terrain we learn to traverse. It’s hard not to get distracted and easy to lose our way. Having a guide helps us learn from our mistakes, recognize thought patterns, and show up more effectively in our daily adventures.

I’m a recovering elementary school principal- 20 + years in public education, who walked away from that career to fully commit to a personal mission: helping people understand ADHD and learn to more effectively navigate life.

That mission is deeply personal. My own unrecognized ADHD left a long trail of struggle- excessive substance use, broken relationships, financial difficulties, and the exhausting experience of pretending to have it all together on the outside, while quietly falling apart inside. Understanding what was actually happening changed everything for me, and I became determined to make that same understanding accessible to others.

Four years ago, I founded ADHD Coach Seth LLC, an executive functioning coaching practice serving college students, professionals, and couples. I bring lived experience alongside a Master’s degree as a Learning and Behavior Specialist, to help clients understand how ADHD impacts executive functions and how to go about navigating life more effectively. More recently, I founded ADHD Adventure, a nonprofit organization focused on ADHD psycho-education and community awareness, with particular emphasis on reaching 18-25 year olds on community college and university campuses. The research is clear: early awareness and intervention can change the trajectory of someone’s life. That’s the work. My painful experiences are now the bridge that connects me to the people I serve. Support for Professionals

Are you struggling to meet the expectations of others at work? Does it feel like you’re holding it together on the outside while falling apart on the inside?

Support for College Students

The hard truth is that college was not set up for people with ADHD. My clients have a hard time getting started, become overwhelmed, and sometimes shut down.

Support for Couples/Families

Without fully understanding ADHD, shame fills the gap and conflict is inevitable. I help build common understanding and establish realistic expectations- not excuses.

Your ADHD Guide

Hey- I’m Seth. Living with ADHD means we struggle to regulate our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Reaching our goals is more likely when we have someone to think out loud with, help us come up with a plan, and provides some gentle accountability to make sure we follow through.
